By using the Site or submitting an enquiry you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our [Privacy Policy](/privacy). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. ## 1\. About us South East Solar Network is a lead-generation and introducer service that helps homeowners and businesses in the South East of England find vetted, MCS-accredited solar PV, battery storage and EV charger installers. We are not an installer ourselves and we do not carry out surveys, design systems, supply equipment or perform installation work. ## 2\. Nature of our service When you submit an enquiry, we use the information you provide (such as your name, contact details, postcode and project requirements) to introduce you to one or more partner installers from our vetted network. Any quotation, advice, survey, contract, payment, installation, warranty or aftercare is provided directly by the installer, on the installer's own terms and at the installer's sole discretion and responsibility. We are paid an introduction fee by partner installers. This does not increase the price you pay and does not oblige you to proceed with any quote. ## 3\. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, a UK resident and either the owner of the property concerned or authorised by the owner to request a quote. By submitting an enquiry you confirm that the details you provide are accurate, complete and your own (or that you have permission to submit them). ## 4\. Consent to be contacted By submitting a form, requesting a callback or contacting us by phone or email, you consent to being contacted by South East Solar Network and by the matched installer(s) by phone, SMS, email or other electronic means regarding your enquiry, even if your number is registered with the Telephone Preference Service. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to messages, unsubscribing from emails, or contacting us at quotes@southeastsolarnetwork.co.uk. ## 5\. Quotes, prices and savings figures All quotes are indicative until confirmed in writing by the installer following a site survey. Generation, savings, payback and ROI figures shown on the Site are estimates based on industry assumptions (such as MCS irradiance data, current Ofgem energy unit rates and typical household usage) and are provided for guidance only. Actual results depend on your property, orientation, shading, usage pattern and future energy prices, and may be higher or lower. ## 6\. Partner installers We carry out reasonable due diligence on partner installers, including checks of MCS, RECC, NICEIC or NAPIT membership, insurance and company status. However, we do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, suitability, safety or outcome of any work carried out by an installer. Disputes about quotes, deposits, workmanship, warranties, refunds or aftercare are between you and the installer. We are happy to assist where we can, but we are not a party to any contract you enter into. ## 7\. Acceptable use You agree not to: - submit false, misleading or third-party personal data without authority; - use the Site to send spam, scrape content, or harvest data; - interfere with the Site's security, availability or normal operation; - use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose; or - reproduce, republish or resell content from the Site without our written permission. ## 8\. Intellectual property All content on the Site (including text, guides, graphics, logos and the South East Solar Networkbrand) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. ## 9\. Third-party links The Site may link to third-party websites, tools or resources (for example MCS, Ofgem, Energy Saving Trust or installer websites). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those third parties. ## 10\. Disclaimers The Site and its content are provided "as is" and for general information only. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that the information is suitable for your specific circumstances. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, tax, legal or engineering advice. You should obtain professional advice before making any purchase decision. ## 11\. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or loss-of-profits damages arising from your use of the Site or from any goods or services provided by a partner installer. Our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed £100. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015). ## 12\. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold South East Solar Network harmless against any losses, damages, costs or claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site. ## 13\. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, the law or best practice. The "Last updated" date above will show when changes took effect. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms. ## 14\. Governing law & jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts. ## 15\.
